7 DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW

You have 7 days from delivery to request a size exchange.
We only accept exchanges for sizing issues—no refunds or returns otherwise.
Here's what qualifies:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be shared
Start by emailing us at thirdsociety.in@gmail.com with your order number and issue.
EXCHANGE TERMS
• First exchange is free
- Second or more exchanges will incur a ₹100 processing fee
- If your size is out of stock, you can choose another product of equal value
- No exchanges on sale items or final drop collections
Only one exchange per order is allowed, so please review the size chart carefully before purchasing. Your exchange will be processed once we receive and quality-check the original product. The entire process typically takes 7 to 9 business days.
• Non-Serviceable Pickup Areas
If your area doesn’t support reverse pickup, you’ll need to ship the item back to us using any reliable courier. Once we receive it, we’ll ship your exchange with no additional fees.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

• Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final once placed.
No cancellations, edits, or changes after checkout. This keeps our drops limited and operations efficient.
