🔄 Returns
We understand sometimes an item just isn’t the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a 5 -day hassle-free return policy to keep your shopping experience stress-free. Simply inform us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through a quick and easy return process.
Please note: A flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping charges.
🔁 Exchanges
Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.
Exchange Fee: A reverse shipment charge of ₹100 applies to all orders.
Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to you as a Third Society Wallet Credit for future purchases.

All refunds are issued as Third Society Gift Cards, sent directly to your email. These credits never expire you can redeem them anytime for your next purchase.

Instead of sending money back to your bank, we issue gift card refunds. This keeps your support with us helping us design and deliver more of the styles you love while keeping our creative engine running strong.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

📦 Non-Serviceable Pickup Areas
If your pin code does not support reverse pickup, you’ll need to ship the item back to us using any reliable courier service. Once we receive your item, we’ll dispatch your exchange at no additional cost.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
All purchases are final once placed no cancellations, edits, or changes after checkout. This ensures our drops remain limited, exclusive, and efficient.
