4. Is there a fee for exchanges?

A reverse shipment charge of ₹100 applies to COD orders. If the new item is higher in price, you’ll pay the difference via prepaid method. If it’s lower, we’ll issue the balance as Wallet Credit for future purchases.


5. How will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds as Third Society Gift Cards sent directly to your email. These credits never expire and can be used anytime on our website.


6. Why don’t you offer bank refunds?

We are a bootstrapped brand built with passion. Gift card refunds keep your support within the brand, helping us create and deliver more styles you love.


7. What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

8. My area doesn’t have reverse pickup service. What do I do?

If your pin code isn’t serviceable for reverse pickup, please send the item back via any reliable courier. Once we receive it, we’ll send your exchange at no extra cost.

No, all purchases are final once placed. This ensures our drops remain limited, exclusive, and efficient.
